Refund Policy for Services

Thank you for choosing DG Branding Co. We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for services that have not yet been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 3 days of service completion to discuss possible resolutions. Certain services are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of service provided and any associated costs incurred. If a service is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Cancellations

Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us at contact@dgbrandingco.com to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

 

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Any applicable service fees or third-party processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
